This assembly can be used for, but is correct rare part, has the rear speaker, and fasten seat belts. Checked again, looks like there maybe a tab missing off the fasten seat belt lens. All wiring harness is included, missing the map light lens. The fasten seat belt lens is not installed, but included.

No cracks or broken tabs.
