I bought this thinking it would fit my 1947 Austin a40 Dorset, but soon learned is too small. It also appears to have been used on the Healey elliott, westland, duncan, abbott, and Pickford of 1946,1947, 1948, I researched Lucas catalog assure is a rim for ft 462 fog pass lamp assembly part number research into elsewhere suggests this unit was 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953 bristol 401 402, contact me any questions before buying. The rim is in very good condition, with light shelf wear. The unit is nos and includes original box.
