Both flash as advertised, one flashes a little quicker then the other.

They are a 2 element bulb, and one winks or flashes when turned on, the other is steady on.

But, now you can prove the old stories are true.

They are really a novelty item. Its a 2 filament bulb.

Amperage and volts applied will determine your flash rate.
