In good used condition, inside is clean. Us 400 product number corresponds with pioneer, but I did not find a makers mark. Wire is 7 inch long dimensions, with base is inch tall. Scratches and scuffs some minor rust spots.

Has a 12 volt bulb, will hold a 6 volt bulb.
