Stamped on the lens is pylon. There are scratches on the lens from being moved around. I got this loose and do not know anything about it. The metal parts have some surface rust.

Clear plastic parking lens with housing. For a show car, the metal would need to be painted or coated and lens buffed out. This might be new, but there is no package.
